Model TS 350, TS 360 Cutquiks - Series 4201

Rewind starter

(rewind spring with polymer housing,
fan housing)

The new rewind spring 4201 190 0600 (with

polymer spring housing) will come standard on
machines from No. X 29 517 447. The spring
housing helps protect the rewind spring from dust

and is secured in the fan housing with two counter-
sunk screws. One of these screws replaces the
previous self-tapping screw which secured the
spring anchor loop in the fan housing.                    fo
In this connection the contour of the fan housing has
been modified in the area of the spring attachment
point and a second mounting boss has bee

provided (for the spring housing)

Parts availability

Rewind spring

The new rewind spring (with polymer spring housing)
can only be installed in the latest modified fan
housing. For this reason the original rewind spring

1117 190 0601 remains available as a spare.              Rewind spring 4201 190 0600
                                                         (with polymer spring housing)

Fan housing
The original fan housing with rewind starter kits
1108 080 2110 (for TS 350) and 4201 080 2100

(for TS 360, 350 AV) now include the new rewind
spring and have been given new part numbers
(see Summary).

The fan housing 1108 080 2010 (without rewind
starter), supplied for the TS 350 up to now, will only
be supplied as long as factory stocks last and not be
replaced thereafter.

The fan housing with rewind starter 4201 080 2101
(but with new rewind spring) remains available for
TS 360/350 AV Cutquiks up to machine number
X 15 584 173 (without mounting bosses for annular
buffer and muffler guard on crankcase - see TI
31.86 and TI 17.88),
