Summary

1. Replacement pumps (new replacement parts)
2. Pump pistons (material modified)
3. Service instructions (supplement to repair manual)
3.1 Rotary shaft seal removal
3.2 Electric motor removal

1. Replacement pumps

Replacement pumps are available to make

servicing easier. The pumps differ in the angle of
the swash plates. The respective angle is battered
into the edge of the swash plates.

Note
After installing the pumps, check the oil level and

fill, if necessary, with one of the following oil grades:

2. Pump pistons

For some time now, we have been using pistons
made of a modified material. The new pistons
differ from the old ones in that the new pistons
have an additional groove (1).
                                                                                           1

In addition to the descriptions in the repair manual, right: new versions
observe the following instructions:

3.1 Rotary shaft seal removal

Page 21, chapter 7.5

Before prying defective rotary shaft seals out of

their seats in the pump casing:

● carefully clamp the pump casing in a vice
(use protective jaws - casing is made of
    aluminum).

3.2 Electric motor removal

Page 25, chapter 8.1:

● Using two screwdrivers placed across from
one another, carefully pry the drive casing off
of the stator casing. Take care not to jam the

drive casing or damage the casing.
