Modifications in response to new OSHA
regulations
All Magnums from machine number X 31 980 50
will come equipped with a modified muffler,
carburetor and filter cover to meet the new noise 3

limits specified in the OSHA regulations.

These modifications have resulted in a change in 4 4
engine power to 5.4 kW (7.2 BHP).
0XIIOHU
The original muffler 1122 140 0603 (Magnum
version) will be replaced by muffler 1122 140 0609.
This muffler is installed in all "non-Magnum" saws.
&DUEXUHWRU
The WJ 51 (6) carburetor 1122 120 0614 will be
replaced by the WJ 48 (7) carburetor
137TI003 Int
1122 120 0616. This new version is installed in all
"non-Magnum" saws and features a different high 6 7
speed screw and a fixed jet.
Filter cover
The filter cover 1122 140 1000 (A) will be replaced
by version 1122 140 1001 (B). The new version has
been modified so that it locates against the
carburetor box.
