(with a filter made from sintered material) will be
installed from machine number X 32 195 173.

Parts availability
Several small changes have been carried out on the
fuel filler cap over the last few years to improve its
function. Therefore, not all the individual parts are in-
terchangeable between the various modifica- 5
tions. 6
For this reason (and also to simplify inventories) not 1
all the individual parts of the fuel filler cap 2
4116 350 050 will be available as replacements 3
(see Summary).

3. Nameplate
The original riveted aluminium nameplates will be
replaced from machine number X 32 196 669=by
clip-in plastic nameplates.
The plastic nameplate is pushed into the shroud
and held in position by two retaining lugs. The two
mounting holes in the shroud are countersunk for
this purpose.
Service note
Plastic nameplates cannot be fitted to the original
version of the shroud because it does not have
countersunk mounting holes.
For this reason the aluminium nameplates and
round head rivets will remain available as replace-
ments.

Most of these PDFs embed fonts with a shifted character map, so the text above was recovered rather than copied — read it as a faithful but imperfect transcription, and treat the page image above each block as the authority where the two disagree — the figures exist only there, because they are vector drawings that text extraction cannot keep.
