5.====Repairs

If the saw is started up in the course of repairs or
maintenance work, always observe all local
regulations and the safety precautions outlined in

the owner’s manual.

5.1===Service Notes

5.1.1=Removing the Oil Pump

• Screw the threaded rod (1) into the oil pump (4).
• Push the thrust piece (2) over the threaded rod
  as far as it will go.                                                             2
• Screw M5 nut (3) onto the threaded rod and
  tighten it down until the oil pump comes out of               4
  the engine housing.

5.1.2=Installing the Oil Pump

• Place the oil pump in position. The oil pump
  groove must line up with the mark on the engine                1
  housing.
• Fit the press arbor (1) on the pump.                               2
• Position the thrust piece (2) in the housing bore
  from the inside.
                                                                            3
• Screw the hex. head screw (3) into the thrust pie-
  ce until the press arbor butts against the
  housing.
