1. Fuel filler cap (filter in tank vent)

1.=Fuel filler cap
The original fuel filler cap 4203 350 0501 will be
replaced by the new version 4203 350 0502 from
serial number 2 39 791 866.
To further enhance its effectiveness, the new fuel
filler cap is equipped with two filters (see arrows)
made of sintered material.

To simplify inventories and help avoid fitting
errors, only the complete fuel filler cap and the
component parts of the cap retainer (cord and
ring) will be available as replacements in the
future (see Summary).

The shape of the connector tag distinguishes the
new ignition module from the original version.
The new module features an integral ground
contact so that the ground wire is no longer
