1. New Versions

The hedge trimmer model HL 75 with an adjustable cutter bar will be available in the future in addition to
the current versions with a straight and 30-degree cutter bar.
The adjustable cutter bar enables the unit to be immediately adapted to suit different cutting
situations and thus increases its versatility.
The angle of the cutter bar relative to the drive shaft can be adjusted between 0° (straight)
and 90° (right angle). The nine different positions are defined by holes in a quadrant which
are marked with the numerals 1 to 9.
Adjusting cutter bar angle
Pull back the sliding sleeve (1) and use 1 2 3
the adjusting lever (2) to adjust to the preferred
position.
Release the sliding sleeve and allow the
pin to engage the nearest hole in the quadrant (3).

Remarks

2. Blade Drive Gear
The grease filler hole is now on the top of the
gearbox housing (arrow) instead of the gearbox
cover (on the underside of the blade drive gear).
Gearbox covers without grease filler hole are
installed on the production line.
Parts availability
A gearbox cover with a grease filler hole and
screw plug will remain available as a replacement.

3. Harness Attachment
The original steel clamp 4130 710 6700 has been
deleted and replaced by carrying eye
4230 790 8800. The eye of the new version
swivels, has a steel insert (arrow) and is very 1
strong and hard wearing.
Note: The original clamp is used on other models
and can be replaced by the new carrying eye.
