1. Adjustment after repair and servicing

2. Instructions for user

Carburetor 1124 120 0650 has been modified to simplify service adjustments and installation of the

limiter caps.

The following descriptions only cover the differences over the original version.

For further information on construction and function see TI 40.97.

1. Adjustment after repair and servicing fo
1.1 Preparations
• Check air filter and clean or replace as
    necessary.

owner’s manual).

1.4 Adjusting idle speed
                                                                                    LA

    to 2,700 rpm.
• Open low speed screw (L) one quarter turn
counterclockwise from the cap’s stop. fo
This adjustment must be checked with a L
tachometer.

                                                                                                   171TI018 KN
                                                                                         1/4

2. Instructions for user

The user can adjust the carburetor screw within a
range of 180 degrees. This enables the mixture to

be made leaner, if necessary, for operation at high
altitudes. These instructions are exactly the same
as those in the owner’s manual (see chapter 180°
"Carburetor Adjustment").

                                                                                                   171TI012 KN

The carburetor part number remains unchanged.

Most of these PDFs embed fonts with a shifted character map, so the text above was recovered rather than copied — read it as a faithful but imperfect transcription, and treat the page image above each block as the authority where the two disagree — the figures exist only there, because they are vector drawings that text extraction cannot keep.
