1.=Throttle control
A modified version of the throttle cable and guide
will be installed in all machines from serial number
1 41 662 644K=^=small quantity of machines before
this number have already been shipped with the 2
modified parts. The radius (arrow) on the new
guide 4116 180 7201 is now larger. Furthermore,
the shape and position of the contact plate and the
tag as well as the inner contour of the cover (see
illustration) have been modified. The new guide

can be identified in the installed condition by the
marking >4116/02A< on the top of the cover.
The insulation on the new version of the throttle
cable has been shortened to suit the new position
of the contact plate. The new replacement throttle Guide E1F=with cover E2F
cable 4116 180 1105 is supplied with the guide Left: Original version
already fitted. Right: New version

A modified version of clutch 4116 160 2001 will
be installed in the future. The shape of the clutch
shoes will be changed for production reasons.
A new clutch spring 0000 997 1700 (with 9 turns)
will be installed in place of the original spring
0000 997 1703 (with 8 turns).

4.=Replacement handlebars for FS 360, 420
All the handlebars listed for the above models in the current spare parts documentation will be supplied only
until existing factory stocks are exhausted.
The new handlebar version 4116 790 1700 will be supplied in place of handlebar 4116 791 2705 (used for
special mowing models). Once handlebars 4116 791 2711 (for sawing models) and 4116 791 2701 (tube for
control handle) have been used up, they will be replaced by versions 4128 790 1715 and 4128 791 2710
respectively to bring them into line with model FS 550.
The new and original replacement handlebars are fully interchangeable. The new versions are exactly the
same shape as the ones they replace (for illustrations see FS 550 parts documentation).
