1. AV System
The crankcase, tank housing and annular buffers on machines from serial number 1 41 628 724 have been
modified.
1.1 Crankcase 1.2 Tank housing

An opening has been made in the crankcase, below An opening has been provided on the tank housing
the ignition module, to take the additional stop to accommodate plug 1110 145 9001 which serves
buffer 1125 791 2810 (1). as a stop buffer.
The stop buffer is installed in the crankcase from the
side facing the tank housing.

2.1 Crankcase/cylinder

The original crankcase 1128 020 2116 was
replaced by crankcase 1128 020 2118 from serial
number 1 41 354 621.
Deeper tapped holes are used for mounting the
cylinder.
The original M6 x 25 screws 9022 371 1350 have
been replaced by the longer M6 x 30 screws
9022 341 1370.
Four M6 x 30 screws are supplied together with the
new replacement crankcase.
Service notes
The longer screws must not be used for the original
crankcase 1128 020 2116 because the mounting
holes are not deep enough. The long screws could
bottom out and the cylinder would not be properly
secured.
2.2 Main bearings
The original ball bearings will be replaced by
versions with an optimized inner race on machines
from serial number 1 41 633 623.
