1.1 Carburetor with compensator connection
Due to this change the previous carburetor
1125 120 0617 offered as a spare part will be
replaced by carburetor 1125 120 0651. The end
cover (see arrow) of the new carburetor has a
connecting stub for the compensator feature.
Parts availability
The previous end cover 1125 121 0803 (see
128TI001 KN
Summary) is included with the new replacement
carburetor 1125 120 0651 for use in older machines
without compensator.
Model 034 chainsaws for some markets other
than USA will come with a carburetor featuring a
compensator connection.

2. Fan housing
Service note:
In the case of a repair to model 034, it is necessary

to install the new versions of the rope rotor and
rewind spring or install the complete fan housing
with rewind starter 1125 080 2101.

In order to enhance wear life, the previous polymer
fan housing (1) will be replaced by the new
magnesium version (2). A polymer segment is
clipped inside the new version.
The previous fan housings 1125 080 1812 (034)
and 1125 080 1807 (036) will be replaced by
versions 1125 080 1823 (034) and
1125 080 1816 (036).

In connection with the change under 1 and in order
to standardize parts, the previous shrouds
1125 080 1603 and 1125 080 1614 will be replaced
by the shroud 1125 080 1617 on model 036 from
serial number 2 44 173 165. The new version of
the shroud has been modified so that the cap
1121 084 7100 used as a spacer between the
cylinder and shroud can be positioned to suit the
machine (see illustrations).
