An additional hole has been provided in the engine
housing in the area of the brake band’s rear
attachment point (see illustration) on machines from
serial number 2 49 129 398.

3. Service Note

If a new engine housing is installed, use the spline
socket head screw 9104 003 3005 (see chapter 1).
. Lubricate the screw with oil to reduce the
amount of friction generated during installation.
Dry installation increases the torque required
and may cause the screw to break while
installing.
. Install the screw and gently tighten until the
screwhead just touches the plastic housing.
. Fit the brake spring cover 1132 021 1101.
