1. Strain Relief
Strain relief for the connecting cable is achieved by
a form fit in the housing instead of with a cable
clamp.
Lugs are molded in both halves of the housing to
clamp the cable in position.
The previous cable clamp and the two IS-P4x19
screws have been deleted in production, but remain
available as replacement parts.
Service Note:

If only one half of the housing is replaced in the
course of a repair it is not always possible to achieve
strain relief by a form fit. The cable clamp should be
used in such a case. The motor housing still has the
mounting boss for the cable clamp.
