Tank Vent
Vent filter 1129 353 2000 will be replaced by tank Installation
vent 1129 350 5850.
Remove the handle housing as described in the
service manual.

The previous tank housing 1129 350 0851 with vent
filter 1129 353 2000 will be replaced by tank
housing 1129 350 0853 with tank vent
Use a suitable tool to pry out the existing filter (1).
1129 350 5850.
The tank vent 1129 350 5850 consists of a
connector, tank vent with hose and a sleeve to aid
installation.
The connector must be fitted in the tank housing
before installing the new tank vent.

Position the connector (2) on the tank housing and Push the tank vent (5) onto the connector.
check that the rubber nipple (3) of the mushroom
valve projects into the connector. Apply the
sleeve (4) and press home the connector as far as
manual.
Assemble all other parts as described in the service
stop by tapping it with a hammer. The connector
must not project above the seat (see illustration).
