The lawn aerator RL-MM and edger FC-MM are
available as new MultiTools for mounting on the
MultiEngine MM 55.
The new MultiTools enlarge the range of use of the
MultiEngine MM 55.
1. Lawn aerator RL-MM

a power tool for occasional users in private gardens,

2. Edger FC-MM
As a rule, the lawn should be aerated with the
aerator twice per year. It should be aerated for the
first time during the main growth period, as the lawn
recovers very rapidly during this phase. The second

lawn is cut for the last time.

. Remove the existing MultiTool attachment.
Take care not to lose the two washers at the
gearbox on the shaft.
Arrange the cutting blades in correct order on the
shaft, noting that the right and left blades are
different. The direction of rotation is indicated
by arrows on the gearbox and blades and must
match up.
. Turn the right-hand inner blade (1) on the shaft
until it can be slipped into position, noting the
direction of rotation (the inner blade has a larger
hub than the outer blade).

until it can be slipped into position, noting the

right and left.

indicated by arrows and must match.

direction of travel until it can be slipped into
position, noting the direction of rotation.
. Slip the wheel (4) and washer (5) onto the left of
the shaft in the direction of travel.
. Insert the spring clips (6) in the holes in the shaft
so that they engage. Press the spring clips flat
against the blade and wheel.
