  1. Tank vent
Two different tank ventilation systems are
installed in the brushcutters FS 110,
CombiEngines KM 110 and edger FC 110:
  - Tank ventilation via the clean-air side of the air
filter – tank vent and filter housing are
       connected by a hose
  - Tank vent without return line

Left: Tank vent 0000 350 5800 without return line
Right: Tank vent 0000 350 5804 with hose
connection to the clean-air side of the air filter

Service note Used tank vent must not be reused.
The O-ring and bead of the tank vent must be
coated all-around with oil before fitting a new tank
vent. Center the tank vent in the hole and press it in
as far as possible – it must click into place.
                                                                Spare parts
Tank vent 0000 350 5800 without return line
remains available for fuel tanks with 2.2 mm collar.

The tank ventilation system with hose connection to
the clean-air side of the air filter cannot be retrofitted
on a fuel tank with collar a = 3/32 in. (2.2 mm).
For this reason, only tank vent 0000 350 5800 must
be fitted in a fuel tank with collar a = 3/32 in.
(2.2 mm).
The new tank vent 0000 350 5804 with hose
connection cannot be adequately supported in a
fuel tank with collar a = 3/32 in. (2.2 mm) and should
not be used with these tanks.
The tank ventilation system with hose connection to
the clean-air side of the air filter is installed or can be
retrofitted in fuel tanks with collar a = 13/64 in.
(5.2 mm).
