1. Cylinder with piston,
washers and pins
In order to improve the function, the existing
"Cylinder with piston" 4180 020 1202 will be
replaced by the version 4180 020 1203.
1.1 Ignition module and washers
For further improvement of the function, the
washers 4180 404 9300 will in future be fitted
between the cylinder and the ignition module.
For this purpose, the domes on the new cylinder for
screw-mounting of the ignition module will be
shortened by 0.079 in (2.0 mm).

The new "cylinder with piston" is delivered complete
with two washers 4180 404 9300 and two pins
4180 038 0803. The new "cylinder with piston" can
be used on all machines which have an impulse
hose with an internal diameter of 0.200 in (5.1 mm)
(see also TI 03.2003).

Supply of spare parts
The existing pin 4180 038 0801 will remain
available for use in the old cylinder. The new pins
4180 038 0803 are included with the new "cylinder

code number stamped into it.
As part of the process of part standardization, the
