. Cut a 7.5 in (190 mm) length of hose from
    endless hose 0000 930 2802.

. Route the fuel return hose as illustrated.

. Wet both ends of the hose with Press Fluid

. Wet the nipple (2) on the fuel tank connector and
the carburetor connector (3) with Press Fluid
    OH 723.

Note on Press Fluid OH 723
Press Fluid OH 723 0781 957 9000 must be used.
Press Fluid OH 723 produces a lubricant film which
makes assembly easier. The lubricant evaporates
after a short time and the hose is seated securely. . Slide the hose clip (4) 4205 122 2500 approx.
1.2 in (30 mm) onto the fuel return hose (1).
Never use fuel or oil as lubricant. Fuel and oil do not
evaporate and the hose may work loose.

                                                                                         TI_56_2005_30_01_01.fm
