1.1 Description of changes

1.3 Control handle for hedge trimmers
The modification described in section 1.1 applies for
the hedge trimmer models HS 85 and HS 86 listed
in the title (only versions with single-sided blade).
The control handle is of series 4140 and is also used
on brushcutters and clearing saws (see sections 1.2
and 1.4).
