2. Crankshaft (5-part)
The 5-part crankshaft has already been installed in
units of the model series FS 120, 200, 250, BT 120
and 121 for a number of years (see TI 09.2003).
2.1 Spare parts
This information also applies for the model series
BT 120, 121, FS 120, 200, 250 and SP 200.
Only the 3-part crankshaft version has been used to
date in all models of series 4134. As a general rule,

only the 5-part crankshaft 4134 030 0403 will be
available for replacement in the future.

2.2 Service note
When installing a 5-part crankshaft in the
crankcase, two new washers 4140 036 0300 must
be fitted on both sides of the crank arms.
Any worn washers still in the crankcase must be
removed before fitting the new crankshaft and new
washers.
The 3-part crankshaft 4134 030 0400 is installed
without the washers 4140 036 0300!

3. Carburetor setting
On the basis of practical experience with the series,
the basic setting without limiter cap is now
changed as follows for the high speed screw H:
. previously 1 ¾ turns open
. now 1 ½ turns open.
The values for carburetor C1Q-S83 in the
documentation prepared for service technicians,
and especially in the data tables, will be changed
shortly.
This modification also applies to the model series
FS 200, FS 250 and SP 200, as carburetor
C1Q-S83 is also used in these machines.
