The new guide bars are designed and built to meet
the extreme demands of processing timber with
harvester equipment. These guide bars are
characterized by the following features:
. Constructed from quenched and tempered,
wear-resistant spring steel with high bending
rigidity and stability, as well as resistance to
deformation.
. Laser-hardened rails for wear resistance.
689TI102 KN
. Bar and chain oil enters the guide bar through
inserted, patented adapters which are
positioned in relationship to the harvester nose.
. Ematic™ principle and patented adapters
ensure for optimum utilization of bar and chain
oil, with reduced consumption by up to 50%.
689TI100 KN
. Connection between the bar and nose consists
of a patented, high-strength, laser-welded wavy
contour.
. High rigidity and resistance to fracturing in the
nose area.
689TI101 KN
. ROLLOMATIC® bar nose with maintenance-
free sprocket; lubrication not required.
. Complete sprocket nose can be replaced if
needed.
