Collar Nut, Hex Nut
The collar nut 0000 955 0804 used to secure the
guide bar and chain sprocket cover has been
0000 955 0804 replaced by hex nut 0000 955 0801 in order to
conform to the latest production line modifications.
Service note:
The hex nut may also be used for older machines.

2. New Carburetors MS 200 T
The previous carburetor (C1Q-S61E)
1129 120 0605 has been replaced by carburetor kit
1129 120 0653 (includes C1Q-S126 carburetor).
020 T and older MS 200 T
The previous carburetor kit 1129 120 0651,
consisting of carburetor (C1Q-S61E)
1129 120 0605, end cover 1129 121 0800 and
1 grommet 1129 123 7505 is no longer available as a
replacement.

Carburetor kit 1129 120 0653 (includes C1Q-S126
carburetor) should now be used as a replacement
for these machines.
The differences between the previous and new
carburetors are the new adjusting screws (1) and a Service note:
new limiter cap (2) on the high speed screw. If carburetor kit 1129 120 0653 is installed in
machines without a compensator, the end cover of

3. Adjusting the Carburetor 3.3 Adjusting Idle Speed (without limiter cap
on H screw)
The following settings apply for the new carburetors.
Adjust idle speed with a tachometer. Adjust
3.1 Basic Setting without Limiter Cap specified engine speeds within tolerance of ± 200
(in service shop) rpm .
MS 200 . Adjust engine speed with idle speed screw (LA)
to 3,600 rpm.
C1Q-S127 carburetor (1129 120 0654)
. Turn the low speed screw (L) clockwise or
High speed screw H: Open 1 full turn counterclockwise to obtain the maximum engine
Low speed screw L: Open 1 full turn speed.
. If this speed is higher than 4,000 rpm, abort the
MS 200 T procedure and start again from the beginning.
C1Q-S126 carburetor (1129 120 0653) . Use the idle speed screw (LA) to set the engine
speed again to 3,600 rpm.
High speed screw H: Open 1 full turn
. Set the engine speed to 2,800 rpm with the low
