1. Oil pump with higher delivery rate 1.1 Oil delivery rate, oil tank capacity
In the future, the oil pump 1122 640 3205 will be
replaced by oil pump 1122 640 3201 on both flush b
and wrap handle versions of the MS 650
Magnum™.
The new 1122 640 3201 oil pump has 0.05" (1.15
mm) stroke compared to a 0.01" (0.25 mm) stroke
a
on the previous 1122 640 3205 oil pump, giving it a
higher delivery rate.
It delivers up to 6 cc more oil per minute. This is

advantageous when using long guide bars in hard
and dry types of wood.

1122 640 3201 is nearly identical with the delivery
rate of the previous oil pump.
Adjustment range "b"
Due to the higher delivery rate of the new oil pump
1122 640 3201, the oil tank may run dry before the
fuel tank, thus resulting in the saw chain running dry.
The user should be made aware of the need to
check and refill the oil tank more frequently.

Notes regarding press fluid OH 723
178TI019 KN
Press fluid OH 723 produces a lubricant film that
simplifies assembly. The lubricant evaporates after
a short time – the hose is firmly seated.
