                                                                    2.     Sharpening the saw chain
                                                                    Like all STIHL carbide-tipped saw chains (Duro), the
                                                                    .325" STIHL RAPID™ Duro 3 is sharpened with the
                                                                    USG (universal sharpener) and the new special
                                                                    diamond grinding wheel 5203 757 0906.

2.4      Sharpening the master cutter
Carefully move the support downward – the grinding
wheel should only briefly contact the cutter
removing little material max. 0.01" – (0.3 mm).
In the event of decreased grinding performance,
dress the grinding wheel 5203 757 0906 with the
sharpening stone 5203 893 6200. To do this, press
the sharpening stone briefly and firmly against the
rotating grinding wheel.
