Stock 090 G used the 070’s 106 cc engine — the less-stressed motor fared better in continuous gear-drive duty. 137 cc "090 G" saws are owner conversions with the 090’s 66 mm top end. Early Contra G ID plates sometimes read 1106/"1109 S".
