1. Carburetor
1.1 Throttle shaft with lever
The throttle shaft with lever 1138 120 7100 will be
replaced by the version 1138 120 7101.
The new lever has been modified and the limit stop
for the full-throttle setting has been moved to the
side of the carburetor with the adjusting screws.

1.2 Air flap housing, Clean air flap support
For carburetor HD 41 A (see 1.1 Throttle shaft with
lever), the air flap housing kit 1138 007 1004 will be
offered in the future.

marking printed on the housing.

Supply of spare parts
The throttle shaft with lever 1138 120 7100 remains
available for the previous carburetor (designation
HD 41).
The new throttle shaft with lever 1138 120 7101
cannot be combined with the previous carburetor
(designation HD 41). It can only be used with the
new carburetor (designation HD 41 A).

2. Crankcase Spare parts/Service note
The crankcase with fin (1) cannot be combined with

2.1.2 MS 441 C-Q: Crankcase

1138 020 2905 with fitted collar screws.
2.1.3 Supply of spare parts
In the future, the crankcases with collar screws shall
be available as spare parts. The previous
crankcases without fitted collar screws are no longer
available.
2.2 Crankcase, side plate
Machines with a wrap around handlebar are now
equipped with side plate 1128 664 1001. The new
crankcase will no longer incorporate the fin (1).
